FINALLY I make staging recommendations and photography is completed.

BRIGHT MLS Your home is entered on this multiple listing service that connects your home to area Realtors®. Additionaly, your home details go out through a Bright MLS portal to active buyers.

Contract to Closing

YOU HAVE AN OFFER I'll review it with you and negotiate counter-offers.

AGREEMENT OF SALE is signed and deposit money is placed in escrow.

INSPECTIONS and certifications are tracked by me.

SETTLEMENT I accompany you to closing where adjustments are made for taxes, any prepaid utilities and dues. Mortgage pay-off is made.

THE BUYER receives title and keys, and you receive your proceeds!
